I wish I could say that I'm excited. I mean, I kind of am. I can't stop myself from wishing, though, that I could just rewind back to my early teens and relive those years of all the major discoveries that most people can ONLY make as a teenager. Now that I'm in my 20's, I have a semi-useless degree and I am somewhat stagnant right now. And I want to go out and party and have a wild old time, but I have to be responsible, too.
I feel like I should learn a more marketable skill. I mean, I can't work at Disoda-Soda for forever. Anyone else feel like there's a hurry to get somewhat established so that you aren't always scrambling or worried for the future?

anyways, I don't plan on being an adult per say, I just don't care for it. I've been badass, charming, and conceited ever since middle school. I don't plan on changing much when I get wrinkly'er. I just don't want to be that old dude who's at a club clapping to the music.
I want to get married, and have kids and yell at them for things I probably did and still do now, and be a hypocrite

Growing up is scary but necessary. I feel like I definitely grew up too fast but now I'm finally content with where I am. I'm excited to grow -- as an individual, a woman, a girlfriend. I'm excited to learn new things and experience new things. But for now, I'm content with the growing I've done.

yeah I aggree Jonathan! dont do it! I think theres a difference of growing old and growing up though!! Jarvis cockers words not mine.. But yeah Im just sick of this capitalist ideal that we should all want to be hugely rich and successfull!! Hey not everyone can be like that! I read Generation X by Douglas coupland this year, and it pretty much summed up how I felt! Hey Jas Im sure you got summat in ya!! go for it girl! xx
