Thrift Shopping: Trendy or Gross?
I've been doing a bit of a feature about thrift shopping on my blog this month, and I'd love to hear what you think--is thrift shopping trendy? Or totally gross?
Do you own anything that's second hand?

Depends on where you go - I just find "vintage" isn't as glamourous as it sounds. Thrift shops are smelly and a lot of the clothes are crap... of course sometimes you hit the big one... but I don't like putting the effort in to find the diamond in the rough.
Thrift stores here wayyy over charge for the good stuff too.

I think it's a great tool! I've found a lot of great stuff, and I've seen some finds on other people's blogs that make me jealous that they found it before I did. It's a great way to enhance your wardrobe whether you're strapped for cash or not. I have seen some truly hideous pieces come out of a thrift store, though and I shudder when I see people show it off with love on their blog. But I suppose it is mostly just personal taste.
