At work, we all had a random discussion about our childhood. Some answered how great they had it; how they wished they could go back. Other answered how tough it was for them and how amazed they are of how great of a person they've become and what they accomplished. Well, I asked them and am asking you guys.....
As the child you once were, what would he/she think of the adult you have become?
The awkward think about it is that one of my coworkers told me "That was a great question Cheila, but you should answer it, what do you think?." I have yet to come with an answer since we all go through our ups and downs and done stupid thing in our lives. I really don't know what the child I once was would think of me now. Guess that's something I have to ponder on and will get back to you with.
But the point here is I would like to see what your responses will be. :)
I love this question. I think the child that I was would be happy that I've learn to loosen up as I was very high string as a child. I know that the child that I was would be very sad to learn that I still very messed up about my father and that I still cry just thinking about him so its easier to avoid it.
I know that most of all the child that I was would be very impressed with my Aunt who has grown up and become one of the strongest women I know. This would totally shock her! Love you Brit!
