The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I am really having a hard time coming up with something to get my hubsand for Valentine's Day. We have a set budget of $50 and I was hoping to get some ideas here.

Me and hubby are only getting cards each as we got our wedding anniversary in March and rather keep the money for that.
Why not?
I don't think we're doing anything again.... but if we do, it'll be like xmas - no more than $20 and it must be absolutely ridiculous.

You can find some very functional, very stupid and tacky crap for under $20. That made shopping a lot less costly and a lot more fun.
I once did the cheesy coupon booklet, the ones that five-year-olds make for their moms. But it worked well, did some "free dish washing" passes, "free dinner on me," and some other, more romantic stuff. I'm sure you can get creative. He loved it, and has saved them. Two years later he still pulls one out every once in a while. It's cheesy but when you've got a budget you sometimes head into that zone. Good luck!
We've got a combined V-day/anniversary thing here... so our budget is quite a bit bigger. We're actually planning on each paying half for an HDTV, since we both want one pretty badly. Don't know how that's going just yet though...

And he's going to buy me an absinthe glass and spoon, he says...
My boyfriend is a MAJOR tech guy so I got him an all-in-one remote. Please let this get rid of the 7 he's got now! Hope this helps!
I got the girlfriend a card, a $50 Victoria's Secret gift certicate, and I recorded a song I wrote for her.
