Actually that is VERY exciting. Congrats!!
haha i can't save worth crap. i spent my return on a Nikon D40 digital SLR. :) and yes, i keep on top of my credit card bills each month!
My accountant just filed my taxes for me this week and I’m now awaiting a decent rebate check of about $4,000. Unfortunately though, all of that money is going towards a house repair, which my home owner's insurance wouldn't pay a penny of - bastards! I had a natural gas leak at my place about 2 weeks ago and was forced to evacuate immediately! Ever since then, I’ve been homeless. Well, living back with my parents. Yes, it’s painful. Anyway, you can read the whiny tale of my homeless adventures on my blog if you want to know more.

Two years ago I used my tax refund to buy an English Bulldog puppy and all the crap that little wrinkly chunk of meat required – food, toys, crate, vet apts, the list goes on and on. I love him though and was worth every single cent!
at least you're getting money back.
for the first time ever, i owe money.
i'm so pissed.
I owed money last year.. totally sucks. :(
My federal return is definitely going straight to bills.. I just lost my job and am having a hell of a time finding something else. Bah! My state return.. well, being that I live in CA, all I get is an IOU. Thanks, Arni.
i owe $15 to california.
really $15?
i want send $20 since the state is so strapped for cash that they're charging me 15-freaking-dollars.
Soo, I saved MOST of it - in the name of being a responsible 20-something. BUT, I did have little shopping spree at Coach and got a bag, some bangles, a necklace, and a pair of sunglasses. So, I had some fun too.
