The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I turn 21 in under a month (yay? I think?) but I have no idea what to do for my birthday! I know a 21st is a big deal so I want to do something fun :).

What did everyone do for their 21st?

I think I went white water rafting, and had a party! x

We went out to dinner with my parents and had a little party there. It was fun, even though my parents gave my husband a puke bucket for me in case I drank too much. They bought me my first "legal" drink at the restaraunt, and had a mini bottles of rum sticking into my cake, haha!

Then I went out and played a slot machine for 20 minutes or so with my buddy [who gave me money for it and insisted], and I actually won $80. Nice.

Whatever you do, I hope you have fun! =]

I don't even remember. 21 isn't a big deal in Canada - 19 is the big birthday here. Hmmm...21...OH! I remember. My friends from school all visited me and we went for dinner and drinks.
That sucks! I'm sorry you had a bad experience on your 21st. If it makes you feel any better, I had a sleepover for my 13th birthday, and one of the girls I invited chased another girl around our pool table with a knife. THAT was a fun one...

I went to Vegas, drank too much, and gambled.

I went out to eat dinner with the family, and then went to bed

the very definition of thrilling right there folks :D

I went to dinner and went to bed, too. Excitement!

I didn't really enjoy my 21st birthday. I was on spring break from school and spent most of my time at the hospital with my mom. I ended up going to dinner with some friends and went out to some clubs.

When I did enjoy being 21 was when I was back on campus with my friends and celebrating big with them.

I went to Las Vegas!

I went out to dinner & cocktails with my partner at a fancy schmancy Italian restaurant.

Had a bonfire and pick up jam session with all my closest friends, drank way to many jello shooters, had a jello fight (like a water balloon fight, but with jello), and generally just laughed and celebrated.

I think I went out with friends and my parents were in town around that time. I had just graduated college and was moving to MD to take a job with an intentional refugee agency, so the 21st birthday wasn't that big a deal to me considering everything else going on.

Is it that big a deal?!

I haven't had mine yet - that's in July this year...  But I guess I'll just be working!
