The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I turn 21 in under a month (yay? I think?) but I have no idea what to do for my birthday! I know a 21st is a big deal so I want to do something fun :).

What did everyone do for their 21st?

Lets see.  I started the day by working. Then, I went to lunch with my old roommate at Dennys.  Came back to campus, met another friend to go to the mall to buy costumes for a Halloween party later in the week, had my boyfriend at the time take me out for a low-key dinner, rushed back to campus for a study group only to find out that we WEREN'T meeting until the next night, did some homework. It wasn't glamorous or exciting, but it was midterm week so the fact that I didn't camp out all day in the library is a bonus.

I celebrate my 21st birthday this June and so far there are too many plans to keep track of!  I share a birthday with my older brother, and he's several states away so I plan on flying down to San Diego to visit him and celebrate our birthday together. Then I'll probably end up having a birthday dinner with my parents and other brother and some close friends when I'm back in my home town, and yet I really want to do a 21 Run through the bars in my small college town with all my college friends.  There'll probably also be a nice dinner with my boyfriend....

But it's hard to say if any or all of those plans will happen.  No matter what happens, wild and crazy or mild and relaxing, I know I'll enjoy it.  I hope you get to enjoy yours too!

I went out to dinner, tried like 5 different drinks at the restaurant and then went to a liquor store to make my first legal booze purchase. The guy there gave me a free strawberry daiquiri, which was pretty cool.

I didn't want a crazy party or anything, so I enjoyed my first night being alcohol legal. :]

I went out with a bunch of people and got druink and obnoxious.
I was the first one to turn 21 in my group of friends so I went out with my mother, step-father, and brother to get some drinks.  We started at 11 am and ended at 1 am the next day.  I'd say I was properly introduced to legal drinking that day.

I did two different things.

On my actual 21st I had a party at my house and invited friends over for booze and video games (Dance Dance Revolution Drunk is a lot of fun)  Then we all went to our favorite karaoke place (not a bar an actual karaoke place where you have your own room).

Then that weekend I went to sixth street in Austin and bar hopped(no covers for any of the ones we went to).  It was amazingly fun and the night included beer pong in a bar, riding a mechanical bull, and dancing my @$$ off.  If you happen to live in or near Texas I would highly recommended making a trip to Austin.  It would be an awesome 21st experience.

I brought a cooler of Keystone Ice to a BYOB male strip club. It might of been the classiest night of my life. Couldn't get the smell of baby oil and cigarettes out of my hair for days.
Well since I went out drinking the night Before I chose to go to a movie Alone. I turned 21 in Germany where I was already legal to drink so 21 wasn't a big age for me.
How ironic. My 21st is less than two full hours from now
I don't remember.  It wasn't a big deal for me bc I had a legit fake ID since I was 19.  But if you are in the US, then go to Vegas!
Pretty much died. Haha but really...all you need is your friends and to go out--my friend made me a cake and got me a crown to wear all night. It was a good time. Enjoy it--it's the last best birthday ever :)
