The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I went through a lot of phases as I was growing up, and have managed to accumulate the biggest pile of random articles of clothing that mismatch more than they match when you look at it all side by side. I've decided to finally let go of it all (yes even the memory filled shirts and paint stained cargos) to make space for a more cohesive wardrobe, and a more stylish one at that.

In the past I've sent giant boxes of clothes to the poorer areas of the Philippines. I've also donated a lot to the Salvation Army. I still have dozens upon dozens of clothes I don't use and I want to know what you do when you need more closet space!

Let me know!

My mom has a lot of clothes from my little kid days stored up in the basement so I can give them to my kids someday.

As for clothes from high school and college though... my sis is 16 and in high school, so usually I bag up what I don't wear anymore and take it over to my parents house and let her pick through what she wants, we have the same taste in some things. From there, my mom takes it over to the Salvation Army for me.

In college, there were a few clothes donation drop boxes over near Greek Row and the apartment areas that mostly housed students. I would occasionally drop shoes and a few things in there, but was always hesitant as a few were near places people walked by after getting drunk on the weekends, and I had heard of ways people messed with those boxes...
