What is your favorite cocktail that includes champagne in the ingredient list?? :)
I had the most delicious mimosa with brunch this morning! I was wondering what everyones favorite champagne drinks were! I love bellinis and Kir royals and I want to try more!! :)

I had to find the name for it, because I knew what was in it. Its called the Magna Carta, which is pretty awesome. It has champagne, triple sec, tequila and lime juice. Delicious, and not too sweet.
But my favorite is the mimosa. I had one at this gourmet mom and pop shop in Seaside, Florida (near Destin Beach, Florida) and they literally hand you this huge mason jar filled with fresh squeezed O.J., chunks of strawberries, tangerines and mangoes with Prosecco. It was the best drink I'd ever had, and its been 3 years since I was there.

Such good ideas from both of you! I love the mimosa in a mason jar w/ fresh fruit! I mean seriously... Who only drinks 4 ounces of mimosa in one sitting? Not me! :)

Caribbean Champagne or Polar Bear #2. Depends on my mood. Champagne (or more accurately, sparkling wine) is easy to incorporate into any drink.

Ooh great ideas Orion! However that is only accurate if it isn't from the champagne region of France... don't you worry sir! When it comes to booze... I am quite educated ;)
And I am so with you Oats... Champagne and blood orange juice actually my pre-football game drink! Its a little fancy, but the extra effort is always appreciated by those who come to my tailgaters!
