20 Something Bloggers

The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Well, to start with,
I love and follow bloggers who pen down their random thoughts or issues in their lives that had an impact or a change in some key part of life.
I personally like people who make mistakes, learn and live and have a positive passion for life and fellow people and the world.
The writing shouldn't preach but rather makes us to follow and learn.
And the expressions described in a simple and an engaging manner.
And the layout design, maybe it is my irritating hyper-concern for neatness, simplicity and organised arrangement, Blogs with such looks make me feel at home. :-)

My close-to-heart space is Hannah's, As simple as that
She inspires me big time. :-)

Let me know your choices and likes.. :-) And mention your most-loved blog.

I like people I can relate to. I like people who make me think and question my own beliefs. I like good design. I like people who make me laugh.

Mainly just be interesting!
I like to read witty blogs with relevant to my life topics. I think that's why 20sb has become one of my favorite sites. In general I don't subscibe to blogs, but rather bookmark and check them out when I'm interested in reading for a bit.

I think one of my favorite blogs is hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com

She doesn't update very often anymore, which isn't bad, but I like to check blogs out every couple of days. Very funny, and she seems to write topics that are almost identical to my life.
That is, hands down, the funniest blog ever written! I didn't find her until about three months ago, and I cried laughing.

I belong to Blog Frog, and a discussion started recently about "How often should I post", and the general consensus was that you need to post every single day to stay on top of things. I pointed everyone to Hyperbole and a Half as a perfect example of quality over quantity!
Every day?! It annoys me when people post every day. I've unsubscribed from someone before because they felt the need to post every day, but they didn't have anything to write about.
I go with you. Everyday-posts and two or three posts a day rather make me mad. They get dumped in the following-blogs tab of my dashboard and since i don't wanna un-follow anyone, i usually spend extra minutes to search for others' posts. Also, i take atleast 3 or 4 days to complete my work.

Glad to know that many are concerned more about the passion of writing than "staying on top of things" as Gina said. :-)
Agreed. I think some blogs (younghouselove.com being a good example) can get away with the posting daily (actually twice) if you've got something wonderful to write about, and you can do it in a good way then go for it.

But then other blogs, I get excited when they post just every so often, because those are the blogs that really make me almost pee with joy. It's like waiting for the next book in your favorite series. You don't want to do it, but it's worth the wait.

I sometimes get a creative bug up my bum and can manage a post or two, but mostly i go a few days between.
I love everything about what you just wrote there.
Why thank you.
You like people who make mistakes?

You would LOVE me.
I like a variety of things. I read a half dozen "mommy blogs", because I am a mom and I can relate; it makes me feel good that other people's kids color on the walls and want to run around naked and stuff.

I also LOVE book blogs, fanboy/ fangirl blogs, anything worth geeking out over.

I think my favorite has to be Cake Wrecks and EPBOT though (same author). Jen is hysterical and I look forward to my daily dose of ridiculousness from Cake Wrecks every morning.
If their post touches my heart or funny bone, I might hit follow.
I agree with the above comments. I would also add that I read blogs of people I build relationships with. The folks who are regularly in chat, regularly get read. Also people who say something really intelligent in a thread of interest will get at least get read that day. Followers aren't the most important thing there is, and false friends might as well not be there at all.
I like ask the black man,
Aging geekfully and every other blog on my follow page. I make time to read all the ones on my list and that's why it is important for me not to take on any blogs of obligation as apposed to interest.
