The Bloggers With The Most To Say

What was the best birthday present you've ever recieved?

So my other half's birthday is coming up and usually I have no problem planning birthdays or special gifts but he has me completely stumped this time, and while I don't want to just get him another xbox game, it's heading towards that direction.

What was the most memorable gift that you've been given? What made it better than the rest?

I love getting tickets to a show or event.

My most memorable gift would have to have been diamond earrings though.  Diamonds are a girls best friend!

Good luck!

Ohh diamonds would be a good gift to recieve!

Tickets to events is a great idea - intangible gifts are just as good. :)

Hey, there is NEVER anything wrong with another Xbox game. Trust me. I ♥ Xbox!

I have had lots of awesome b-day gifts! One was a beautiful Wacom Bamboo Touch tablet that Jen bought me, so I could expand my drawing and design. The other was also from Jen and was a stripper pole. We put that up in our bedroom! Work outs, sexy time, all around awesome! It's one I still love to talk about. ^_^

Those do sound like good gifts! I wonder how he'd feel about me installing a stripper pole in his room...hahah

best gift I have received?

love <3

I'm usually not sappy, but my spouse asked me to make a life with them on my birthday in '07. Other than that birthdays have never been a big deal for me.

But I suppose that's not very helpful. Why not do something special, like a small trip or something (what are the other half's hobbies?) -- or if they really dig video games that might really be what they want. If he's a gamer is there a convention/game expo (E3?--does that still exist and is it still good?) any time /for a reasonable cost that he would be interested in (or something likewise hobby oriented, sports game etc)?

I've received lots of neat and fun 'things' but personally I am an experience person- I like going and doing. Adventure is memorable to me.

Awe! What a sweet way to remember your birthday. :)

Good call on the fact he probably would be more than happy with an extra game.

I love it when my boyfriend plans a day for me. Starting with breakfast all the way through dinner.

It shows thought and consideration, plus it's just really cute!

Also, it doesn't have to be expensive to be fun.

That would be fun for sure, just have an adventure around our city and visit places we haven't before.

btw, cute blog!!
Thank you :)
Blow Job

My friends gave me a blow up doll of my professor at the time on whom I semi had a crush.  They straight up glued his face on the doll.  Which had a giant penis.  And they brought it to the restaurant.  Oops.

But I don't think you should get your boyfriend that.  I second the blow jay suggestion.

Haha I'll keep it in mind
