I'm just wondering. What's your dream job? Something you are passionate about, y'know? If you could have any job anywhere in the world, what would it be?

I used to want to work with tissue engineering. I still do, but not at the same level. In some sense I wish I could be a pathologist or maybe a psychiatrist, however, I couldn't afford Medical School, nor could I handle the amount of material presented.
I enjoy working behind a microscope and analyzing data. Ideally I'd like to manage a lab where I would be responsible for some of the work, but most of it would be people under me. I want to be the one coming up with the ideas.
I would ideally work in an industrial (as opposed to academic) environment because I prefer business over politics. Plus industry has it's own funding so I'd have access to better equipment and more cutting edge research.
So maybe my dream job would be an upper management biomedical engineer working on tissue engineering. And if not that I'd like to work in a field that allows me to come up with solutions for different mental illnesses on the biological level, not pharmacological or psychological.
I'm hoping my next job will be a position in industry that will allow me to advance, unlike my academic position which is a dead end with no raises or bonuses (because admin. makes too much money and has depleted the university of the funds necessary to give minimal raises to employees).

I would love to continue blogging, start posting videos on youtube, but my main goal is to become a singer/songwriter. That would just be awesome! I'd love to share the music I have in my head with the world. (Nope, I'm not thinking "omigosh FAME and FORTUNE"... I just want to have music that is heard. :) )

Would you believe I have 3 dream jobs.
1. Archealogist (I love History)
2. Paleontologist (I love Dinosaurs& any other fossilized Animal)
3. Writer. (I like to tell stories)

Dream job = toughest question ever. I want to work SOMEWHERE in the music industry. Preferably at a record label, or something similar that offers stability while still allowing me to be in the music business.
Either that, or a publishing and editing job. If I could read for a living... that would be amazing.

Everybody's got such cool ideas/dreams! It sort of makes me feel bad about mine, but each to his/her own, eh? :)
I would love to become an accountant and then move on to business analysis, working for Pricewaterhousecoopers in Japan. Veryspecific, yeah? Well, that's the way it goes. It's a fairly realistic dream as well, especially after I do my MBA.
The other one? I would like to be a novelist. I love reading a good book and writing fiction. So to make a living out of this would be nice. :) But that's just a sort of semi-dream.. Something I've thought about a little, but not too much.
