The Bloggers With The Most To Say
When you blog, you never know what can happen...
Ok - not doing this to brag at all, more importantly I'm hoping to provide a little hope to anyone who has been blogging for awhile but hasn't quite got the following they want.
A few weeks ago I wrote a blog about my insomnia. I have written several posts on the subject - but this one just happened to catch the eye of an Op Ed editor at the New York Times. He's in charge of a section of the website called "All Nighters", which is devoted entirely to insomnia and the like...
So - now almost three weeks later, my post is now being featured on the New York Times website.
So needless to say this is the coolest thing that's ever happened to me.
I'm here to tell you that it can happen to you! You never know who is going to stumble upon your little corner of the internet! Keep blogging, keep writing, and the followers, the exposure, all of it will come with time.

... and it's not a husband, but I've met SO many freaking awesome friends via 20sb... and my best friend too. These relationships I cherish.
And I did have one of my favorite local bands stalk me after blogging about their show and filming it. It got me into another show of theirs for free... plus, opened the door for me to just get to know them as people -- and they're super awesome. :)

Wow congrats for your successful feature at NY Times website....I envy you :)
I don't know...I have been blogging for quite sometime now but my stats has been well the same since the day I started. Been trying right now to learn SEO and online marketing techniques to increase traffic to my websites(in Blogger and Yola) so that my AdSense and other income generating means online will flow to me....but I dont know I guess you are right. It comes when it is for you...expect the unexpected...
