The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Hey everyone! So recently I've been doing a lot of traveling and have loved every minute of it. But it got me thinking about why type of city I like and where I feel most myself. I can honestly say that as much as I want to be a "big city girl" I'm just not. I feel most comfortable in smaller to medium sized cities. However I am now happy with where I am right now, in my hometown of Erie, PA. Maybe it's because it is my hometown or maybe it's because there aren't any jobs here and most friends have moved away. Or maybe it's just me.

How many of you are honestly happy with the city you live in currently and why? And where would you live if you could?

I live in Boston and I love it. It's small but it has so many neighborhoods that are so different. You can really find your niche anywhere.
mmm. Mike and Patty's. i like their egg sandwiches.
I live right in between Los Angeles and San Diego. That's all I'm gonna say. The exact name of my city is a secret. shhhhh.
I live in New York City! Manhattan, to be exact. I am originally from LA, and I'll probably move back there one day when I have kids. In the meantime, I am exactly where I want to be. That is, until the country starts collapsing on itself. Then I'll escape to Norway or something.
I lived in Manhatten for 4 years through college and love it, currently live 45 minutes outside of D.C. though I go to grad school in the city. I love it. I think the area I live in is still ripe with jobs and commuters a commuter train and metro rails so it's all good here still. If there was no work I'd be tough. I'm pretty open I like where ever I am at any given time.

I'd like to spend some time in San Jose Costa Rica I spend a few weeks here but not enough. I am open to living anywhere really.
Currently back in my hometown of Los Angeles after living in NorCal for college!!
And desperately waiting to get the heck out. =] I prefer living abroad or really, anywhere but L.A.
I live in cape may, new jersey and it's the farthest thing from a city ever... which is why i absolutely adore it. I'm about an hour and a half from philly, three and a half from NYC and 45 minutes from atlantic city... so there are places to go when i want to, but the relaxed pace of a beach life is what i'm all about. :)
I live just outside Charlotte, NC. The town I live in is growing quickly, but still pretty small. Yet Charlotte's only 15 miles down the road so whenever I want the big city, I can hop over there. I love where I live. I grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and never wanted to stay there - nor do I want to go back - so this is a very welcome change of scenery.

Charlotte isn't exactly cheap to live in, which is the main reason I don't live in the city. But I would love to live uptown someday, if possible.
I live on Long Island. I think I get the best of both worlds because I'm in the suburbs but I'm only 30 minutes away from NYC.
central florida, and i can't wait to move. my parents grew up here, and then raised me here.. and i'm not all about familiar faces. i would love to have a fresh start somewhere that doesn't have people who know all about my past. we're looking to end up in georgia, in the near future. and australia, someday when we're much older.
Born in New York, Lived in L.A. for the past five years, now in Austin, TX and f'ing LOVE IT! Best city on the planet.
