I had a couple of zumba videos, lol. That was when I pretended to exercise in front of the computer :P
I liked it though, it's calorie-burning and fun!
I haven't done it before but I go into my Step class right after the Zumba class finishes, so I have been watching it. Looks like a lot of fun, I plan on trying it out here one of these days!
I bought the 4-disc DVD set off ebay for like $25. (if you want the DVDs, go ebay, otherwise the official site charges at least $50)

It was fun, but after 2 days, I quit cuz I just can't work out with a DVD - I get too bored with it easily. I ended up selling it at my parents garage sale for $20.

I've heard from people on Facebook though that the classes you can go to in your town are pretty fun though - on my way to work today I actually just saw a sign for a place nearby that's doing it now!
It's a dance class that uses latin beat music to create a fast-paced aerobic workout (some instructors go faster than others). I have so say, I started going to classes after sitting on my fat behind for years and really liked it. I was rather sad this semester that I wasn't able to go because I have class on Tuesday nights. :-(

But I definitely recommend it! People of all ages go, and it's fast-paced without causing you to drop dead, if you know what I mean.

I've done a class or two just for funsies at my old dance studio but didn't really get into it.

If you're looking for something new and different to burn calories AND tone your whole body, find a capoeira class. Capoeira is Brazil's martial art and it's suuuper fun.
Zumba is great cardio, but capoeira is cardio, toning, flexibility, and a touch of self-defense.
I watched a couple of videos, and it looks like a lot of fun. However, I am an uncoordinated mess.. Haha, it would not be pretty!
Hi! You will absolutely LOVE Zumba! It's so much fun. I went to Zumba class and I got a real work out there. It's also a lot of fun. In the begining, you might feel silly if you get lost, but most people are also in the same boat. Everyone is there to get a work out, to move, and have a good time, so just let loose and have fun working out! =)
