hello everyone! i am a swimmer and cyclist (i know there is a cigarette in my profile pic. my one vice, please dont excommunicate me). i just started a new swim blog detailing my swimming regimen and cross training as well as dietary notes, because i realised that some of my readers really enjoy my posts about swimming. i am pretty excited about this expansion of my blog life, and i thought i would mention it here where there are people who might appreciate it!

Your blog is great! I love how you post up your daily workouts. I've swam competitively since I was 7 and swam at the DI level in college :)

You can check out my blog at http://thejinger.blogspot.com, I haven't posted much about swimming yet but I plan on finding some pools to splash around in when I go to Ukraine!
