We blog about charities & good causes, working for non-profits, volunteering, and/or promote fund-raising events. Our blogs aren't necessarily devoted to these subjects, but we blog about cause-related topics at least 1-2 times a month.

Comment by Lisa B. on October 1, 2012 at 10:53pm I just quit my job to focus fulltime on fundraising so I can work for a charity organization. Have you guys ever done anything like this that makes everyone think you're crazy?
Comment by Catherine F on September 6, 2012 at 2:50am For those of you working in charities and non-profits, some days can be hard. Yesterday was one of those days :( Have blogged about it here:

Would be interested in hearing how anyone else deals with challenges that come with working in a non-profit.
Comment by Catherine F on September 2, 2012 at 8:44pm Hi, I'm quite new to all this, and it was great to see a group on here for charity :) I run an international children's charity. Not all of my posts are about charity, but I do post about what is going on with the projects we support abroad from time to time, and about volunteering, etc.
I'm happy to be in this group :) I look forward to reading your blogs.
Comment by Sandra Doetsch on August 21, 2012 at 8:14am Hello everybody, I am new to this group!
I'm finally going to start a series to write every week a short post about an organisation and look forward to your opinions :)
Saturday will be the first post and I'll give you notice here!
Comment by Ashley on June 19, 2012 at 2:40pm Hey y'all! I'm new to the group but wanted to introduce myself and the cause I support. I'm the president of Jump for Diabetes, an organization that supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and hosts skydiving events around the country to help raise funds. http://skydivechick.com is my blog....http://jumpfordiabetes.org is our website :)
Comment by Lisa B. on April 12, 2012 at 3:10am I'm preparing to work as a photographer to promote literacy around the world. I'll be working with Wycliffe, an organization that creates written languages for groups that don't have one yet, teaches them to read, and translates the Bible and other materials into their language for the first time. Follow my progress!

Comment by Joy Muldoon on April 8, 2012 at 4:16pm My husband and I are passionate about raising awareness and preventing human trafficking through world missions. We're part of Youth With a Mission Orlando, and we're taking a trip this summer to London to be part of fighting this injustice before the 2012 Olympics! More about our trip here: http://bindingthebroken.blogspot.com/2012/02/and-so-we-go-to-london...
