The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Hi guys,

I am a senior in college and am looking to possibly find a place/program somewhere in Asia that is credible where I could possibly spend a year, post graduation, teaching/teaching English!
Any help or direction would be fabulous!

Thanks so much!

Teaching English in Asia is the thing to do right now! i-to-i TEFL certifications are pretty handy, but what I've been telling everyone is to just GO ...and something will come to you, guaranteed. If you're looking for something more stringent, Taiwan/Japan/South Korea have higher working and living standards. If you want a more unpredictable ride, China/Vietnam/Thailand is the way to go. But definitely DO IT, it's fun, it's a learning experience; you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

There's also threads about this on Travel Blog Exchange, on a group I started called "Teaching English in Asia", you could ask questions there- http://www.travelblogexchange.com/group/teachingenglishinasia
i-to-i (they're a UK company) also has an internship program, where you get your contract through them, and they have a networking site called "Chalkboard" where everyone can ask questions and start discussions.

Hope that helps!
My school is really great. Check out Meysen Academy.

I'm getting ready to move to Japan to teach English next month. Send me a message if you want any details! :D
