Anyone need an apt for March 1??

There's another room open in my old house and the girls asked me to spread the word. Its an AWESOME apt in an awesome house: nice landlord (doesn't live there) & nice neighbors downstairs, 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, huge dining room, 2 living rooms, big kitchen, truly awesome large porch, laundry in the basement, hardwood floors, yard, flowers, on street parking (no permit needed) - all for $475!! Near bus lines and Sullivan Square on the Orange line. Utilities not included.

Current housemates are 3 fabulous girls, 2 recent grads from Salve Regina and 1 post-grad at Tufts.
The ideal candidate is a girl in their early 20's, recent grad or close.

Another room will be open June or July 1, if anyone else is interested for that date!
