Who would of thought there would be a C.S Lewis group? I really liked Mere Christianity, i read the Narnia books a long time ago.

Hello! Just joined, and I'm glad to find a group of fellow Lewis-lovers like me! I haven't been able to read much of his stuff recently, but my favorite will always be the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. Even though it is a kids book, it always makes me cry and realize the sacrifice of Christ. AND the joy of his resurrection! Lewis really captured it so well in such a short book.

Mere Christianity is a favorite of mine as well. The Chronicles of Narnia is up there too. :) I am reading Screwtape Letters now.

By the way, I recently posted my first giveaway in celebration of surpassing 150 followers, my Birthday, and the holidays. I am giving away an Amazon Giftcard and several books -- I will be choosing 4 winners.

I still consider Mere Christianity my favorite, but that's always subject to change.

Did anyone else have a hard time getting through Screwtape Letters, tiny though it may be? I enjoy the theory, but I just had a difficult time staying focused.
