So far I think mine has to be The Screwtape Letters. But I haven't read very many of his books yet. Instead I grew up reading the Narnia books over and over (and over) again :-)

I've changed my mind! I still think the Screwtape letters are great, but I've just read The Great Divorce and it's even better!!! :-)
