Strictly Ballroom- hands down the best. And a little too true, which makes it even more hysterical.

And Dirty Dancing. It's the sentimental fave.
I forgot about Dirty Dancing, but it should go without saying. I like DD2: Havana Nights, though it doesn't compare to the original.
I've never actually seen Strictly Ballroom - really need to!
I love Center Stage, obviously.
Also Save The Last Dance.
I haven't seen it in ages, but I remember kind of liking The Company (maybe just because of James Franco?).

An awesome movie with dancing (not specifically about dance) is Newsies. My friends and I really wanted to learn some of those dances.
Love, love, love Newsies. Christian Bale at his best.
Totally forgot about Save the Last Dance - I love the finale scene!

I haven't seen The Company, but did want to when it came out...guess it's one to add to the list!
One of my favorite dance scenes of all time is the tango in Moulin Rouge!
and as much as I loved Save the Last Dance, it bugged me that they used a non-dancer and then said that she was at a level for Julliard.... talk about setting up unreal expectations!
That's kinda what they did with Center Stage too though isn't it? The girl that played Maureen, who was supposedly the best dancer in the school, never had any dance training before the movie.
She did, however, totally look like she could be a dancer. And I honestly believed she was a dancer, because she didn't seem like an actress. Ha.
Plus, they never showed her doing a whole routine (like the audition in the end of STLD), but gave the part to an actual dancer in the showcase. I'm also biased because I'm not a big fan of Fatima's choreography (who did STLD)
I really enjoyed the 'Why' contemporary couples dance choeography from So You Think You Can Dance.
Even though the actual movie sucked, You Got Served had some pretty amazing moves. More recently, How She Move and Step Up 2 were pretty great too.
