So You Think You Can Dance?
Anybody watch? I do. Religiously, actually. This season was less impressive than past seasons, but I'm still addicted.
I didn't watch Season 1, I ADORED Season 2, Season 3 was just as good as S2, and Season 4 was just okay.

SYTYCD just started in the UK (currently part-way through the first season), and after watching it before in both the US and Canada, I've got to say it just doesn't have the same spark...
Dance is becoming more popular on British screens (in terms of television programmes, dance troups becoming famous, etc), but I don't think we're quite there yet... As much as it is what the people want, the hype just isn't there - such a shame!
On the other hand there have been some amazing dancers and brilliant routines! -

Tomorrow, they're having auditions here in NYC for season 7...my alter-ego would so be in there...I don't have the guts.
And totally agree w/ u on the above statements...even the missing season 1 part. -
