My family has started doing a gift exchange for Christmas, where we all have to do something homemade for the person we drew. Last year I made a bracelet and a candle for my sister. This year I got another sister, and I'm trying to decide what to do. I have a whole year to work on it.. I need ideas!
You're lucky you get an entire year to think/work on it! That's some good foresight on behalf of your family.
I hope you find a good collection of ideas and inspiration to get started from. Let me know if you need any ideas in a certain category and maybe I could help!

Yeah, we decided to do the drawing early so people could have a long time to think on it.. or like I did last year, procrastinate for 11 months and then freak out. ;) It turned out well anyway but this year I want to start early and really wow everyone!
I'm trying to narrow it down a bit, once I have some general categories I hope you can help! The sister I got this time is super crafty herself so I really want to do a good job so she loves it. But I want it to be something manageable that I can actually DO. Haha!
I recently took up making jewelry! I think I've got most of the basic down but I hope to learn how to wire wrap before 2009 ends lol. Also a bunch of other writing related projects!
