The Bloggers With The Most To Say

How many of you wish you could work from your home while being a domestic goddess???

I have been a domestic goddess for about 3 years, and I just started working from home to help my hubby out in the financial department. I am really loving it and the benefits are amazing!

How many of you wish that you could do the same?

I am willing to give info to whoever is interested!

Let me know!

I would love to do that however I work full time now. I need to keep or increase my salary. Doubt it will work for me.
Yes!! I'd love to have the freedom of working from home!
I would love to work from home but can't financially do it. I also work full time and we need both of our incomes to pay bills. It would be great if I could get paid while being home.
What do you do? I am a freelance writer, so I work from home too, though I am about to start an out of home job in a preschool.
Please do share! I'm a college senior and avid blogger who NEEDS SOME work. I have freelancing experience with a newspaper and about 9 months of blogging experience. I'd love for you to visit my kitchen sometime : The Soulful Spoon

Thanks and I can't wait to hear more info!:)

Heather, I write for a studio called Demand Studios. They pay $15 per 500 word article, which isn't the greatest pay, but it beats flipping burgers and it's a good way to get your by line out there. Email me at erinlindsey{dot}maurer@gmail{dot}com and I will give you more information if you are interested.
That would be awesome. I'm hoping to get my etsy shop back up after we move and get settled in. Then hopefully I'll at least make enough extra money to support my crafting habit.
I'd like to hear more about what you do!

I work part time, so still have some free time off. I intend to work from home in the future. Could you send me an email? im.a.newlywed@gmail.com

Thanks!

I would love to know how to work from home successfully!  I have a wonderful job but sometimes I think my life would be a lot less stressful if I worked from home.  Less stress = happy home life!
I would to be able to work from home. It's so hard to keep up with housework and work full time, especially when things are slow at work and I'll I can think about it what I could be getting done at home. It's my goal for the future, when my husband and I have kids, but for now, we need both incomes.
I am very interested!

Working from home has advantages and disadvantages and many of us (prior to solely working from home) are blinded "by love" to the disadvantages.  Most definitely, for me, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, but there were things I hadn't thought of until I was immersed in it.  So while I am a big advocate for working at home, also be sure to think about the disadvantages (loss of direct human interaction, loss of "small talk" to friends/family, loss of bonding via work discussions, sometimes people find they lose their motivation also because it's so, so easy to become distracted by your home and the tasks that need to be done around there instead of the work-work).  So, don't think of this as a Debbie Downer post- just a friendly reminder :)
