I know how hard it is to start to workout but you just have to get up and go even when you don't want to. I deceided one day that enough was enough and I needed to get off my butt and start working out. I have gone three weeks straight and have being working out for about four to five days a week. So far I haven't reached my goals...but...I am getting there. You can do it, you just have to try!
Something about the 2:00 hour that leaves me sluggish and hating the gym. I've started doing the Jillian Michaels 20 min shred. It is a short intense workout so hopefully that will make up for the 45 min sessions I've been missing at the gym.
