The Bloggers With The Most To Say
We all have small rituals like, I like to drink lots of water, green tea and no caffeine. I'm eating 5 meals every day and try not to over indulge during the holidays though I am a self confessed foodie :)
What do you do to keep yourself fit ? Work outs? Gym? Jogs? Would be helpful if you shared your fitness rituals with everyone :)
