The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I started using Flickr a few years ago, then deleted it and started over just recently. I'm trying to decide whether or not to go Pro. I see that so many of you have pro accounts, but I also know there are a lot of other sites that offer what seems to be the same thing for free, so what's the benefit of paying for Flickr??

i went pro a few months ago when I got my Cannon T1i . It is mostly about the flickr community although there are some nice little features that some of the others dont have.
it depends on what you use it for. I have flickr pro, mostly because i upload a lot of pictures. I also like the "stats" feature. for the price, its not too bad. if you casually use flickr and upload once in a blue moon, i'd say not to worry about it but if you are consistent then it might be a good investment.
Once you upgrade, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it ;) Seriously, though, there *are* other sites but none of them seem to have the active community feel of Flickr (and, as a blogger, you'll appreciate the cross-linking opportunities - half the traffic to my blog comes via Flickr/Google Image search).

You can't get away with using the free version of Flickr for very long - suddenly, you just wake up one morning & realise you've run out of space. Thankfully it's not that expensive.
