Humidity

Okay, I'm not sure where my curls came from. Long story sort, I permed (!!!, I know, right?) my hair when I was about 12 or 13. Ever since then, I've had curly hair. I only permed it once. I live in southern Louisiana so humidity is a way of life o_o. I would love to wear my hair natural, but once I step outside, my hair is huge and frizzy (sad). I'm not sure what products to try b/c one's I've tried in the past have all made my hair flat and stick to my head. Any advice?
