The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I was born and raised in Indiana -- first in Indianapolis, then a small town outside it -- and had to get out. So when I got accepted to a college in New York, there was no way I was going to pass up that opportunity.

Now I'm living out in Los Angeles (a long story how I got here), and never looking back! (Okay, maybe a little peek now and then... especially when I realize how many stars I can't see in the sky over here!)

Oh goodness! I was born and raised in rural Michigan, but moved to DC when I was 16 to page for Congress; then I became an exchange student in Germany, where I finished high school. Moved to DC again for college, choosing to study abroad in Vienna, Austria, last year I moved to New York briefly before taking a whirl-wind tour of the world. I have since moved to Zurich, Switzerland, where I am settled. For now at least.

Glad to meet fellow wandering souls.
Both of you have amazing travel experiences! I hope I can have similar stories. I left Hometown, CT when I was 17 for college in Florida. Hated it and moved to Philadelphia where I live now. I'm just looking for my next location!
I grew up in the "east bay area" California. When my husband and I got married, we moved to Houston, Texas. It was a great decision!
I grew up in Appalachia, in Tennessee, and decided to go to college in Southwest Virginia. However, as soon as I got that diploma, I packed up and moved to Chicago. I LOVE it here, although I sometimes find myself feeling a bit nostalgic for the South.
Let me see. I was born in Ohio halfway between Cleveland and Akron (my parents and I laugh when we watch Glee because we actually know where Lima Ohio is) then moved to shoreline CT. Town of 7,000.

Went to college in New York City and just moved to Los Angeles.
I got the hell out of SLC as soon as I could. I'm sure you can all imagine how that was...
I went to high school all over the place, but finally in Oregon. I left to go to university in the UK and never looked back!
