The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Do you feel sometimes like everything around you annoys you? Are they doing this on purpose? Is it just you or are there others who are bothered by the unneccessary thoughtless, etiquette-less, loud, annoying human beings out there?

Ok, so I'm going to reply to my own discussion here..

A lot of times, I AM bothered by everything around me. I'm a quiet non-hyper person who likes to do things calmly and with ease. I hate it when loud things just disrupt the pattern of my life! I don't mean loud music (sometimes, yes). But I mean loud talk when you're in the movies. Loud laughter when you're enjoying a quiet dinner. Loud drilling noises when you're trying to sleep in. Why can't these things happen when I'm NOT trying to relax? AARRGH!!

Other than loudness, I get annoyed when people interrupt me when I (think) I'm talking about something really interesting. I get annoyed when people whisper in front of me. I get annoyed by people who show off, people who eat 'with their mouths open', people who make a mess at the dining table, people who can't appreciate good food, good art, or a sense of overall appreciativeness ( i think i made that word up).
Exactly. Sometimes when I go to the cinema its like everyone is there to annoy me. Cinema has completely lost its appeal. Not only do I have to pay stupid amounts to watch a film, but then other stupid people pay more stupid amounts to eat there, which they do, loudly...CRUNCH, CRUNCH...and who thought nachos were a good idea? For an enclosed, dark space where you're all close to each other, dripping manky cheese all over the gaff. Mental.
i share all your views but tell me how nasty is that loud, cheep, attention seeking laughter that some woman tend to make. Its like they want you to see that they are laughing and enjoying whatever it is that they are involved in.
How about ques? It gets to me when say you are at the store or bank waiting in line then some unrealising human comes and stands directly behind you? then they make it worse by moving even closer when the person infront of you moves foward... i mean we know you want to get there but how is you invading my personal circle going to make it better?
arrrrrrrr!!!
Aaaaah!! i knoww!! I totally forgot about queues (omg how difficult is it to spell this word?) I'll call them lines from now on.. I hate it when ppl stick thisclose to you when ur standing in line. They ogle your wallet, the stuff ur buying, the cash u get out.. Uggh! Not to mention ATM's. Its bad enough we have to worry about theifs mugging us or holding a knife to our back, now you have to stick close and make us paranoid? Why don't I just give you my PIN number. Would that make u happy?

OMG! YES!!!! Like, when I went to my doctor's office to get help with my elbow pain/disability. I told him how it took 4 weeks after my injury (9 years ago) to decide what was wrong, then the doctor gave me my surgery, had 1 follow up afterward and then didn't see me. My physical therapist did 2 sessions then told me she gave up. My friends wouldn't help me carry books when I came back to school. And other doctors up until now, when I had my surgery, refused to help me. And the doc says "GEE! You just think everyone hates ya and gives up on you, huh?!" and I just glared.. He's so annoying!

Completely forgot about this thread! But even 2 years later, I still feel like "they're out to get me" sometimes. LOL! Your situation is something out of a Seinfeld episode! I know it's not meant to be funny, but it's the sort of thing that would work comedically in that show..
