The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I have this hate for people who just seem to butt into your face. You know... someone that you don't know just meeting you now and all of a sudden think they have some right to act like you have been friends since forever. Don't get me wrong, i love meeting new people but i feel you should feel the person first before forcing them to warm up and treat you like the bestest friend ever.
then there are those that think that just because they know your parents they now have the right to grill you on all your goals and want to know what you plan to do in ten years time....
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

am i the only one here? tell me what you think...

No ur not of course! I just started a new job, and one of the girls in my department (whom I barely know even after a couple of weeks) makes it her mission to point out the state of my hair every. single. day.

Tuesday: Its wavy. I like it. I think you should do it at a professional salon. It'll look nicer. And have you considered dying it a darker color? It'll look nice on you.
Wednesday: Your hair (highlights) is getting orangey. Dye it dark.
Thursday: You should dye your hair dark.

Enough already! I get it! You want to see me with dark hair! I know she means it in a good way, but still!
LoL wow and i thought i had it bad... so this is the story everyday at work...
Ohhh no...I know exactly what you mean. My friend has a new(ish) boyfriend who is so overly familiar with all of us, her friends, like he's known us for years. It really unsettles me - I'm glad he's enthusiastic about his girlfriend's friends, but it's like he's soaked up every bit of information she's ever told him about us. It's almost trying too hard to integrate himself. When someone's too over familiar with me, it often makes me go the opposite way.
exactly! it's like, who are you to get all 'intimate' with me?
right on... thanx
Same reaction i have and then i have people who think i think too highly about myself. well i'm sorry if i don't want to be your best friend right then and there. Thanx for the reply
YES! And they ask you in a way that makes it seem like your a total jerk if you don't share!
I completely agree. And the people that butt into your business without you asking their opinion usually give you crappy advice.
I know too many people that are that way. I meet new people everyday working in the hospitality industry and it never fails to annoy mr how nosey people can be. I am a friendly person but damn sometimes things just aren't your business...lol
