I'm a journalist at a smallish (18,000 circ.) daily newspaper. Everyday I still have my job is a miracle considering this current economy and the industry problems. But I love it.

Former broadcast journalist (TV reporter, actually) who was sadly laid off (isn't that always the way this industry goes?), and is now job-hunting and freelancing like a maniac to pay the bills in the meantime. I write and take pictures for blogTO and do voice over work, videography and editing, press releases, ghost writing, and news articles for a number of clients as well.
