The Bloggers With The Most To Say

So I've recently begun working full time and going to school.  Pretty much everyday I have class at 8am and get home from work at 6:30pm.  I never feel like cooking after that and have succumbed to eating out a lot and my wallet can't keep up with that habit.

What do you all make when you just are too tired to cook?  I still want good food, but I'm too lazy to spend a lot of time cooking.  Preferably something that doesn't require lots of dishes too, nothing like a pile of dishes to make you feel even more lazy.

Honestly? Scrambled eggs. Eggs are super cheap, great for you, and you can toss in whatever extra stuff you have in the fridge like onions, celery, spinach, CHEESE! Ha ha. They're the perfect thing to make when you don't feel up to cooking because all you have to do is crack a few open, whisk, and pour into a hot pan. And did I mention they're cheap? : )

Yuppp! Eggs and spinach- the easiest and most amazing quick food ever. You can always go Hawaii-style and throw some spam in there.

mmmm scrambled eggs with onions, cream cheese, and chopped ham. Holy lord I'm hungry

The first thing I do is see if I have any leftovers.

Then I usually go down the pasta and sauce road.

I'm always surprised at how quick it takes me to whip up a great pasta. Butter, grated garlic, whipping cream, with any kind of chopped veggie. Chop and saute up some veggies in a pan with some butter, when tender, throw in some garlic and pour whipping cream to cover. Let cream bubble and thicken around veggies, in the meantime have your noodles cooking. When noodles are done, throw them in the pan with the veggies and cream and allow it to thicken. Pepper, fresh parm, bread and a glass of red - BAM! SO GOOD, SO EASY!

Have you ever used a slow cooker? Coming home to cooked chicken, roast or soup in a slow cooker is fabulous.

Tacos!  Tacos are always my go to when I don't feel like cooking, theyre quick, easy, delicious, and easy to clean up after...in fact...I'm having them tonight!

I love refrigerated and frozen pastas; they seem to cook faster than most dry pastas. I heat a pre-made sauce if I don't feel like making my own.
