The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I'm training for a 5k... I hate running... Yes. I said it. But I want to see if I can push myself to do this... I've never had to run more than a mile and I was dying halfway through... What's the best way to train to build my tolerance up? Are there any good snacks to eat beforehand that will boost my energy? I would appreciate any tips, advice, comments you might have!

Peanut better and banana sandwich 2 hours before running and a glass of milk after you're done :D it's the best fuel ever! As for motivation, you really just have to push yourself past the first mile and the rest is history.
