I just got back from running the Disney World Marathon. If you get the chance go do it. It will be the coolest Marathon you will ever run.

Yup. After one especially horrid run last July I've resorted to using Body Glide liberally and it works well enough for me. It's very good for your feet too if you're prone to blisters.

Jay- also, I heard vaseline helps too. Just lather it on there. Or--there is this stuff called "body glide" that helps too.

Jay- I know a lot of guys I run with put the circle band-aids over their nipples to stop the chafing. Doesn't really happen to most women, thanks to sports bras.

I just came back from a 12K LSD. My nipples hurt like heck.

It's the dreaded nipple chafing! Any other men here experience this? It's not pleasant.

The most I've done is a 10K, but I run religiously three to five miles at least four times a week so I'll park it here,

After training for a half-marathon last month, I'm uhh 'in the process' of losing 3. ha ughh. just in time for cute summer flip-flops? geeze.

I'm just getting back into running. I've run 3 half marathons in the past and love it but fell out of the habit somehow. Hope to start again soon!
