LOSE MY JOB!
Ok, not ME, but do you know someone (including blogger-turned-author types) who has? The thought of it makes me sweaty in the pits. Although I don't post about work-related things, I do work at a magazine and get Googled because of it. Conflict of interest? You never know who is lurking.... could even be your boss.
Know anyone who has been F-I-R-E-D for their blog? (or at the very least been given a talking-to because of it?)

wtf... NO ONE has heard of anyone getting dooced for blogging at work, about work or crappy co-workers? For real?

I haven't personally heard of anyone, I'm trying to not mention it to anyone in real life, and I'm not using my real name, so maybe I'm safe? I am a little terrified. I totally get the temptation - there's a load of work related stuff I would like to sound off about, but I'm holding my tongue for now. ;)

My best friend got fired for her blog!!! She posted about how the pay rates for men v. women weren't fair. She was called in the next week and they told her that is not professional and let her go. She didn't blog for about a week but she checked her Google Reader and she said all her ex-co-workers were checking her blog daily for her to spout off about it. However, she must have been somewhat right because they gave her a pretty nice package for leaving nicely.
