Hey has anyone heard of Bradford County PA? Its still considered NEPA .... basically we are west of BFE.

Haha, this past Parade Day, I went with a good friend who I ended up losing at some point. He called me - eight hours later! at 10 p.m. - to say he was arrested for public intoxication.
Poor guy.
