I liked Pat's when I first came to Philly. Now that I'm seasoned (haha) I love Steve's Steaks! They are in N. Philly and so good. Next would be Chink's, also in North. I have to try Phillip's though, thanks for that suggestion.

If I'm going with cheese fries with my steak, Gino's. However, my personal favorite is Abner's in University City. Wonderful place to nurse the Saturday morning/afternoon hangover.
