The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Finding myself making lots of excuses lately: I'm tired, the weather is yucky, I have too much work to do... what do you do when you're hitting a wall and need to get yourself back on track?

Hey Amber,

I'm also a runner. Something I always try to keep in mind is that some of my best runs happen on days when I totally didn't feel like running. Also, if you have a running friend or two and you make a scheduled time to meet it can keep you on track.  If you have a local running store, they may have scheduled group runs. You could also sign up for an upcoming race, and that will help keep you motivated to train. Watching what I eat also helps me because eating junk is not very productive for running. As far as being tired, I make sure not to run every day. For me that just makes me tired and injured. Make sure you are taking at least one day off each week. I just started a blog, and I have some running stuff there:
