I'm also a runner. Something I always try to keep in mind is that some of my best runs happen on days when I totally didn't feel like running. Also, if you have a running friend or two and you make a scheduled time to meet it can keep you on track. If you have a local running store, they may have scheduled group runs. You could also sign up for an upcoming race, and that will help keep you motivated to train. Watching what I eat also helps me because eating junk is not very productive for running. As far as being tired, I make sure not to run every day. For me that just makes me tired and injured. Make sure you are taking at least one day off each week. I just started a blog, and I have some running stuff there:
