Permalink Reply by Smile Soup on February 2, 2011 at 10:40pm whoops - sorry Laura - this slipped under the radar! I started out offering to volunteer for a local politician and he ended up offering my a job - it has all just snowballed from there. My suggestion would be to join the party that suits you best and start networking.
I've got two degrees - Arts and Education - so neither are specifically targeted at politics or media. Let me know if you have any other Q's!

Permalink Reply by Kris Kayso on October 9, 2011 at 11:28am I just recently hung up my dancing shoes as a ballroom dance instructor. Now, I just got a job working at a prestigious University as an online enrollment counselor. From the dance floor to a cubicle...this should be interesting, but I'm excited!!
