The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Alright all you Southwestern bloggers, let's get this group started! First and foremost, please do tell us where you're from, or where you're currently living, or interested in living, etc. We southwestern bloggers don't have many numbers to represent us, so let's unite! I'll get us started.

I'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born and raised, and still currently a resident. Unlike most of my peers growing up, I love it here. What can I say? I love the desert, I love the mountains, but most of all, I love the food! Nowhere else can I find green chile like I can here in NM. What else do I love about NM? The culture, the people, the architecture, the diversity, and the laid back pace of life. I'm NM core, and proud of it. :)

So, who's next?

Hi Phil! Nice to finally get some love for a region that seems to get overlooked a lot. I'm a Colorado native. I'm sure I could come up with a more interesting introductions proclaiming my love for the Rockies, but I'm on my way outside to play in the snow with my younger brother. Hopefully this non-introduction will suffice. :)
But of course! Non-introductions are the best kind. I love the Rockies too. :)
Awesome! Welcome to the group, Devin. I'm currently outnumbered 2-1 to Colorado bloggers. ;-)
Most excellent, Rebecca! Not to worry about the technicality. I'm about to move to California for the duration of graduate school, so I'll technically be out of the southwest while there. But my heart is always here. Just ask my partner. Smile!
Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I was born and raised in CA, but have spent most of my life in sunny AZ.
I find it surprising few SW bloggers there seem to be! But, you know, the SW is where it's at - as Beck sang - I live in Tucson, AZ and I really enjoy it. Especially the fact that I live downtown - I feel so connected to my city - much more so than before. Tucson is filled with so many interesting characters and the stories of who knows who and what they did are coming together mentally for me!

I've lived here most of my life and I agree, the desert is overwhelmingly beautiful. And the food I adore as well in this region. I often think about how much I would miss the Mexican cuisine here if I moved from the SW but I don't plan to do so at least for quite awhile!
Hi everyone. My name is Lane. I was born and raised in St. Louis. I recently moved here to Phoenix and I love it here. Probably because the likelihood of snow is 0.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona! I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington until high school and we moved to the desert! I love Arizona so much that it makes me happy although I do miss 4 seasons sometimes.

Anyone else from Arizona?
Born in Sierra Vista, AZ and moved a whopping hour north to Tucson, AZ! I <3 AZ!! :)
My husband and I are going to be moving to Tucson very very soon for his new job. I don't know where to live....can anyone help a girl out?
Kelley, I might be able to help! What exactly are you looking for?
Hello! My name is Zoe. Currently in Tucson, Arizona. It's like being in Dr. Seuss storybook--such wacky vegetation. I've also lived in Flagstaff & around different parts of New Mexico. I love desert rains & the vibrancy of southwestern culture.
