I use PockeTwit on my phone. It ain't pretty, but I've yet to find a more full-featured app for Windows Mobile.

That's it. I don't really have enough going on to warrant anything else.
I find the look and feel of PockeTwit to be quite pleasant, especially when you compare it to Twikini or Twobile.
I love Twuffer it's great when you want to announce events that are in the future. Input them and Twuffer does the rest!
I use Twitterific for Twitter on my iPhone. It's a free app and I haven't had any issues with it.
Never heard of Splitweet. Been using Tweetdeck, and Twhirl before that.

Twhirl is great if you have multiple accounts, but I started to need the Groups feature, which is only in Tweetdeck right now I believe.
TwitterGadget

It integrated right into your iGoogle...Best thing ever!
I used twhirl for awhile when I had 2 accounts, but now that I'm down to 1 it's not really as useful to me. If I'm on my computer, I've got a web browser open and I can just update from the web.

I just recently got a BlackBerry and I've been using TwitterBerry - I love it!
I use Twitterena on my iPhone. It has a very cute theme and I have no issues with it.
Started using seesmic but wish there was some way of seeing the most active topics from within it.
Now using TweetDeck, its much better than Seesmic Desktop. Also using ping.fm and twitterfeed to push blog content into social networks including twitter.
I love Tweetie, both for iPhone and Mac.
Seesmic desktop is the best desktop app in my opinion...even after tweetdeck's updates, seesmic is better and they just keep adding more. Soon you'll be able to save all your info in the "cloud" so yo'll be able to access your groups, searches and whatever else from anywhere.

For blackberry if you're using twitterberry, you're in for a nice surprise because ubertwitter BLOWS it out of the water. I don't know how I used twitter berry for as long as I did. DL ubertwitter now, thank me later (=
