The Bloggers With The Most To Say
Hi there, my name is Rachel, and I'm currently on the HCG diet. Has anyone heard of it? I just started a blog about it, and I'm in the process of starting a group here on 20sb for it. I have lost 18 and a half pounds in the last 22 days! If anyone would like to talk about the HCG diet before I get the group up and running, do so here! Or, is anyone here interested in joining the HCG group?

Do you find yourself tired? Did you do OTC or from your doctor in the form of a shot?
I researched it thoroughly beforehand but when I started it, the 500 calories a day was so extreme that I ended up exhausted beyond reason. I did it for 3 weeks and then stopped because I couldn't even function. I did read though, on forums and things, that the doctor one is so pure, that people didn't have a problem with energy.
All the people I read about who had problems with energy were ones who did over the counter. And I did the energy boosting vitamins too. I only lost a little weight since I didn't do it for long.
Sounds like you're doing really well with it though!
