About Me:
I wanted an outlet beyond my more professional blog (thecreativecareer.com), so I started a blog in January, 2009 with Jeff (my boyfriend) about our lives in the Chicago theater district.

I moved to Chicago in July, 2007 to begin my career on the digital team of a large PR firm. At the time, I was in a long distance relationship (I'm glad that's behind us). Now we live together. And work together. In the same place.

I was resisting the whole Twilight thing, and then a friend asked me to go to the movie.... and then I read all the books! (cough) and saw the movie and additional two times (cough).

In my opinion, it is PERFECT escapism. It's not deep. It's not going to be listed as the greatest American novel, but its good!
