Yeah he's cool alright, I wasn't a fan of the Stardust movie though. I've been meaning to read his books any good? My mate was telling me Burton is doing Alice in Wonderland... should be trippy. Helena's the Queen of Hearts... but I think that was an obvious choice. I think Cathy Bates would have been better personally.

Ha! I used to watch a cartoon of Speed Racer when I was really small. I wasn't to enthused to see it as a movie though. Maybe I'll give it a shot. I liked Nolan's Batman, but if I'm honest I was blown away when I was little and saw Burton's films, I'm a big Burton fan and loved the story he told it. I even cried when Penguin bit the dust... and as for Catwoman.. don't get me started. So I was a bit miffed when Nolan changed the back story in his film. Ive gotten over it now though and yeah I think the two new films are the business. I like Anime aswell like Aeon Flux, Goodbye Mr Despair etc.. really abstract stuff.
