Having a strong sense of who you are and what you love are key factors in achieving ultimate happiness. Constant exploration of new hobbies, things, and people are vital to this process. It takes some trial and error to find out who and what you love. This is a proactive process. You can't just sit there, refusing to try new things and meet new people and step out of your comfort zone, and expect to magically find a greater level of joy. Explore your world! Whether that means decorating the environment around you with things you love, finding that perfect red lipstick that makes you feel incredibly sexy, achieving a goal you set for yourself, or surrounding yourself with people who compliment your personality, don't be afraid of change.
Always strive to be the best "you" that you can be.
