Sometimes when you become a mom at a young age you get sucked into that label of "mommy" and it's hard to describe yourself any other way.

I am a "mommy."

I am also a writer, a punk and ska (and other genres, too) music lover, I love to cook (and eat!), I love movies (especially horror and stupid comedies), and I really wish that I knew how to roller skate so that I could be a roller derby girl. I also love to use parentheses.

I blog about my family because they are pretty much the only people around me 24/7.
