About Me:: I’m Caitlyn.

I grew up in the suburbs. Went to college in the country. Am hoping to move to the city in the next year.

I have an undergraduate in Experimental Psychology and a Masters in Intelligence. I currently work in investigations, but I'm hoping to work in counterterrorism or counterintelligence.

Things I love:

My lab puppy, Willa Cather; my chihuahua, Rios Cuomo; people who understand either of those references; drinking wine by the fire pit with friends; sprawling out at the shore; hiking and kayaking; going to the swimming hole; key lime pie; my girlfriends and everything I do with them; Trivia Tuesday at our local bar; getting a runner’s high; anything and everything pomegranate; horror movies; Phillies/Eagles/Sixers/Duke/Georgetown/Flyers; Being in a city; rowing

Things I hate:

Most children (especially those with sticky fingers and faces); people who ask “Who is walking who?” when I’m walking Willa; the way the current administration handles the conflict in the Middle East; dishwashers; chicken scratch handwriting; cold temperatures; things touching my cuticles; the phrase "In my humble opinion"

How long have you been blogging:: On this blog? Almost 2 years. But all combined blogs would have to be on and off for about 6 years.

What makes you different from other bloggers?: I'm not really sure- I plan on working for a federal agency in the next two years. I've been a vegetarian for over 10 years now, I love coaching crew, and I never plan on marrying. I'm also the kind of girl who can shoot a .40 glock in four inch heels.
