About Me:
We all know people who tell us "You meet someone when you're not looking." To Hell with those people. I'm looking. And so are you. We already have something in common. Raise your hand if you never thought you'd be perusing a dating website. That makes two of us. We're practically an Item already. I'm going to try to do this without indulging in too many adjectives. Here goes. I love people watching, I'm kind of a professional. It's a fantastic pastime, and if you really embrace it, you can make even the most tedious atmosphere rather enjoyable. The DMV. An LA club. Target. Horrible places, yet incredibly fertile grounds for people watching. You can't live where i live if you can't make fun of it, that's my philosophy. I would love to meet someone who makes me smile more than he makes me laugh. Anybody can make me laugh. Borat makes me laugh. The office makes me laugh. My drunken idiot high school friends make me laugh. I think it's more impressive, gratifying and meaningful to make someone smile. There are few greater pleasures than food and drink. Do you like to go out to dinner- a lot? Do you like to drink wine or beer or booze and get a nice buzz on while you progress through the courses and end up splitting a dessert? I do. I love to travel but as much as I've stretched my legs around, there are places I've saved. Reserved. Places I refuse to visit without a hand to hold. Napa Valley. Italy. Bora Bora. I'll get there, but they're not the kind of places I'm gonna hit up with my drinking buddies if ya know what I mean. I'd like to meet someone who'd like to go with me. -and who would go at the drop of a hat. A spontaneous trip at the spur-of-a-Friday-afternoon-moment. Throw some clothes in a bag and lets hop a flight to Cabo. That type of thing. 1625 characters remaining. I'm gonna cut to the chase. I love my family. My parents. My siblings. Becoming a wife and mother, in that order, are the two most important goals of my life. I have a job that is as fulfilling as it is demanding. The tough part is that I absolutely break myself during the week. The great part is that I have so much steam to blow off on the weekend that my Fridays and Saturdays are pretty vivid. That being said, I've exhausted the novelty of trying to piece together conversation with a dude who highlights his hair, wears $120 t-shirts with lots of jewelry, and can't manage to get a word in edgewise through his ranting about this or that. Just can't do it anymore. And I shouldn't have to. Just like none of you should have to sit across the table and split a basket of tortilla chips with some chick with bleached, bronzed, club girl with lower back tattoos who has nothing better to say than to talk about herself. You deserve better than that. If you'd like a good oll fun girl who manages to mix a degree of sophistication (theater, cooking, conversation) with all of the irreplaceable staples (sports, beer, sex) - then I think you and I would have a good time together. Let's find out. I started this blog to document my crazy life on dating enjoy
